Complaint Filed with the Texas State Bar against Texas Attorney, William L. Dismuke

A Complaint has been filed with the Texas State Bar against Texas Attorney William L. Dismuke for violations when representing his client, D.R. Horton has aided and abetted D.R. Horton, LLC and the Estate of D.R. Horton in civil rights violations and anti semitism discrimination against a 76-year-old senior citizen of Jewish descent from purchasing a home in PAPA NOVA Development in Hawaii.

Attorney William L. Dismuke, is innocent of any and all allegations in the Complaint filed with the Texas State Bar.

William L. Dismuke, denies all allegations contained in the Complaint, and is innocent of all allegations until a representative from the Texas State Bar completes an investigation into the discrimination charges.
