A Complaint has been filed with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industries Complaints Office against Hawaii Realtor James Small, Realtor NMLS #1086777 of D.R. Horton of Hawaii for violations of federal and state civil rights laws, housing discrimination laws, breach of contract, unfair and deceptive business practices and consumer fraud, anti semitic discrimination, and intentional infliction of emotional distress of a 76-year-old senior citizen of Jewish descent protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act with HSP in connection with the attempted purchase of real estate at the NOHO PAPA Development.
James Small is innocent of any and all allegations contained in the Complaint filed with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industries
Complaints Office.
James Small denies all allegations contained in the Complaint, and is innocent of all allegations until a representative from the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Regulated Industries Complaints Office completes an investigation.
