A Complaint has been filed against Congressman Danny Davis in the Office of Congressional Ethics in Washington D.C., for his part in the aiding and abetting in the anti-semitic discrimination of one of his constituents, Christopher Stoller. Mr. Stoller met with Congressman Davis at a fundraiser that Mr. Stoller was personally invited to. Mr. Stoller met Congressman Davis and Mr. Stoller addressed to Congressman Davis that Mr. Stoller faced anti-sematic discrimination and was wrongfully terminated from his employment with the Illinois Department of Human Services. Congressman Davis assured Mr. Stoller that he would correct the wrongs that he faced due to the anti-sematic discrimination and Mr. Stoller was completely relying on Congressman Davis’s word and the fact that Congressman Davis instructed Mr. Stoller to contact his office and he would conduct an investigation.
Congressman Davis did not keep his word to Mr. Stoller and strung Mr. Stoller along for over a year. Congressman Davis has done nothing to take the remedial action that he swore he would take to correct the injustice that was done to Mr. Stoller hence further aiding and abetting in the discrimination of Mr. Stoller.
Congressman Danny K. Davis is innocent of any and all allegations in the United States Justice Department Civil Rights Division for Governmental Misconduct.
Congressman Danny K. Davis denies all allegations contained in the Complaint, and is innocent of all allegations until a representative from the Office of Congressional Ethics in Washington D.C., determines what the outcome their investigation is and by having a trial with findings of fact and conclusions of law that an Administrator and/or Judge and/or a jury enters an order of not guilty.
